We've recently detected that some people are pretending to be Mundigames moderators and they’re sending private messages offering gifts and promotions.
Then they ask you to enter your personal credentials on a webpage that is similar to ours, but it’s a FAKE page!
NEVER enter your credentials on these pages! We’ll never ask you to login with your nickname and password to get a promotion.
Below there’s an explanation on how you can detect them and avoid falling into these kinds of frauds.
- When our moderators send messages in a room, they always write in blue.
- When they send inbox messages, you will see a "moderator" label under their avatar, if you visit the website.
- Our promotional messages sent by email are always from an address ending in @tangelogames.com like news@mundimail.tangelogames.com.
- Fake accounts usually have a picture simulating our avatar, but if you visit their profile, you will see that their avatar does not have the official Mundigames cap. That's because they are FAKE MODERATORS.
- The accounts from which we usually send promotions are: https://www.mundigames.com/player/mundijuegos/ and https://www.mundigames.com/player/smartin/ Pay attention to fake accounts with very similar nicknames. Our other moderators DO NOT send promotions.

Always check if you enter our website on your browser's bar, typing our address, NOT clicking on those links.
If you get any of these messages, write to us and we'll report the web page to the corresponding platform, so that they can disable it as soon as possible.
